Job Summary
Under direct supervision, the Compensation Analyst role participates in the design, development and administration of various compensation programs including base and incentive compensation; job analysis and evaluation (market pricing); reporting and analysis for use in recommendations and implementation of these compensation programs.
Provides support in the administration of executive level programs.
Job Description:
Key Accountabilities
•Implement, communicate, and administer company compensation programs to support strategic initiatives.
•Provide analytical support for the design of compensation programs and prepare recommendations for managements review.
•Accomplish various special assignments as requested, relating to Compensation administration or providing information for management use.
•Participate in market-based compensation surveys, analyze results and market trends to determine organization’s market relationship.
•Evaluate new positions using established evaluation system to include determining job titles, FLSA classification, value of jobs with the external market and the appropriate internal level of job measurement (internal equity)
•Establish and build relationships with all levels of management
•Partner with internal stakeholders including Legal, Tax, Accounting, Finance, Field HR, and Payroll as necessary.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
•3 years of professional HR or business-related experience
•Experience building various models
•Proven ability to prepare and analyze reports
•Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal methods
•Proficiency in Excel and or related modeling software
•Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Key Metrics
•Effectively meeting SOX compliance standards and ensure all federal and/or state mandates are always adhered to
•Participating and submitting all salary surveys and updating MarketPay
•Modeling and analysis utilized to provide recommendations to management
•Creating process efficiencies within managed programs
