Responsibilities
Supports all aspects of Health & Welfare (HW) plan management including medical, dental, vision, life, voluntary AD&D, flexible spending accounts
Supports senior leadership and internal operations team with ERISA fiduciary governance processes
Prepares information, documentation, presentations, and communications for fiduciary committees
Conducts research and analysis, influences internal collaboration, makes recommendations to ensure plans adhere to compliance and regulatory
standards
Stays informed about industry trends, HW plan regulations and changes in the HW landscape
Helps manage fiduciary risk for our plans while improving overall plan performance for plan participants
Reviews and evaluates legislative mandates, make recommendations and coordinate projects necessary to ensure compliance
Qualifications
Recognizes the need for, and applies, discretion and appropriate security measures when handling confidential and sensitive information
Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding relationships
Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment
Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills, and strong attention to detail
Location:
Qualified candidates in the Bloomington IL, Phoenix/Tempe AZ, Dallas/Richardson TX, or Atlanta/Dunwoody GA should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid team.
Qualified candidates may be considered for remote work arrangements based on where a candidate currently resides or is currently located.
