At Employer Health Innovation Roundtable (EHIR), a World 50 Group community, we create private, invitation-only communities comprised of executive leaders from Fortune 500 companies looking to stay ahead of the curve amid a rapidly changing competitive landscape.EHIR was started nearly a decade ago out of a need for objective support in identifying and assessing emerging solutions to sift through the noise and stay ahead of the curve amid a rapidly changing competitive landscape. As we merged with World 50 in 2021, we expanded our reach past healthcare to enterprise verticals. We now provide a streamlined and efficient innovation intake and evaluation process along with valuable insights to the world's leading employers, payers, providers, DEI, marketing tech, procurement and legal tech.

Our Model

Originally created by employers, for employers, together we can find and accelerate solutions to help your populations have access to the most innovation products on the market. 

Enterprise companies are facing increased pressure to improve the productivity of their companies from health and wellbeing to technology. Finding innovative solutions to improve business functionality and population health is not only difficult but time consuming. To help speed up the search process and obtain peer reviewed recommendations, we will provide a rapid pilot/prototype process to quickly test and evaluate new start-up companies in the areas of population health.

 

Rather than meet one-on-one with startup companies we have decided to meet as a group, twice a year, and curate the best of the best startup companies. Our goal is for each Member is to choose one company a year to rapidly prototype their solution and bring their findings back to the group. The biannual meeting format allows us to be incredibly efficient with our time and to learn from each other. Each member of the Roundtable has the authority to green light a project, hence our goal is for rapid prototyping and deployment of innovation.

The Process

Our platform is an incredible opportunity to pitch your project to multiple fortune 100 companies in one meeting.

The process is simple

You submit your solution, Members of the Roundtable vote on their top 5-8, and those Innovators present live to the Members of their associated delegation (Employer, Health Plan, Provider, DEI, Legal Tech, Marketing Tech and Procurement).

Our members vote on the top 15 startups to present at the live meeting.
